Hello! My name is Sarah Kusnerik! I'm a graphic designer who likes to draw, read, and write. In the workplace, I'd describe myself as being friendly and as someone who tries to have a positive outlook. I've spent most of the past few months working on school projects and graphic elements for Sinclair Community College's newspaper, The Clarion. I like to spend my free time listening to music while I doodle, reading my favorite books, or watching TV.
To me, design is a way to communicate a message. Sometimes that message can be hard to understand. If that's the case, then it's the designer's job to make it more understandable. If the message is vague, the designer must work to make it clearer.
The designer is the translator that helps the viewer understand the message. The best thing about being a designer is that there is an unlimited number of materials at our fingertips to help us get the message across. As a designer, using those different materials is what makes communicating messages so much fun!
